Depending on the the audio files available (Stereo or Mono) the Output Assignment and Pan/Balance will need to be configured.
The example below shows the configuration for tracks 1 and 2 being mono and therefore panned left and right, with track 3 being stereo and therefore centre panned.
Click Output Assignment
Set Tracks 1 - 2 to output via Channel 1 - 2
Set Tracks 3 - 4 to output via Channel 3 - 4
Set Tracks 5 - 6 to output via Channel 5 - 6 (if using)
Set Tracks 7 - 8 to output via Channel 7 - 8 (if using)
(By default all tracks will output via Channel 1 - 2 if not changed)
Click OK to save the sequence settings
Insert the Video and Audio files onto the timeline.
Again the example below show Track 1 & 2 as mono. These have been routed to Channel 1 & 2 and panned accordingly. Track 3 is a stereo Track and has been routed to Channel 3 & 4.
On playback you can check the level monitor to confirm that audio is being routed out of the correct channels.
