ビデオの圧縮において、Group of Pictures (GOP)は、品質、圧縮、再生効率のバランスをとるための、intra-frames (I-frames) とnter-frames を含むフレームのシーケンスを指します。

Fix

To fix a variable GOP, you can configure the video encoder to use a fixed GOP by specifying a constant interval for I-frames. This ensures that I-frames appear at regular intervals (e.g., every 12 or 15 frames), which can be done by adjusting the GOP length settings in your encoding software or hardware

This can be done by re-exporting the file from your edit suite using the correct export settings (force fixed length GOP).

Variable GOPGOPを固定するには、Iフレームの間隔を一定にすることで、fixed GOPを使用するようにビデオエンコーダを設定することができます。これにより、I-フレームが一定の間隔（たとえば、12または15フレームごと）で表示されるようになり、エンコーディングソフトウェアまたはハードウェアのGOPのLengthの設定を調整することで実現できます。

これは、正しい書き出し設定（force fixed length GOP）を使用してedit suite からファイルを再書き出しすることで可能です。
