Activators
Activators are users that are responsible for sourcing assets and uploading them into Digital platforms for campaign activation. This can be a member of an Ad Ops team at a Media Agency, a Brand Manager at an Advertiser or a member of a digital team at a Creative Agency.
Below explains the different scenarios that an Activator may be added to a campaign.
The user has a Peach Connect login and has Activator permission:
- Click Add Collaborator
- Search and select the Activator
- Select the Activator role
- Click Add
- The user will be notified once files are available to download
Please Note: If the user is in multiple accounts then these will be displayed when the user is searched. The Activator role will only be available for selection on accounts where the user has Activator permission.
The user has a Peach Connect login but does not have Activator permission:
Although it is possible to search for the user it will not be possible to add them as an Activator if they do not have the correct permission.
Please contact the Customer Success team who will be able to create a new Activator account and give the correct permission to the user.
Once set up the user can be added as an Activator as described above.
The user is new to Peach Connect and does not yet have access or permission:
- Click Add Collaborator
- Enter the email address of the user
- Click Add new collaborator
- Select the Activator role
- Click Add
The new user will be added to campaign and an invite sent. They can then register with Peach Connect to access the campaign and download the file.
