Some Peach and Peach Classic notifications are delayed (resolved)

16th September 2022

This issue has now been resolved and notifications are being sent out (11:00 16th September 2022).

Currently some of our notifications are not working and are delayed from Peach and Peach Classic. This is due to problems with our supplier smtp2go. 

Deliveries to broadcasters and publishers are not affected.

Affected notifications include:

• Some Deliveries emails
• Welcome emails
• ‘Accepted’ emails
• Automated QC pass / fail
• Notify delegated / uploader (Peach Classic)

We will update this with new information as soon as possible once we have more information from smtp2go.
