When creating a Billboard (Sponsorship going to France), please use the following naming convention:
ANNONCEUR_PRODUIT_PROGRAMME PARRAINE_POSITION_MENTIONS LEGALES_ DUREE
Example :
PEACH_BON_METEO_IN_MSB_8S
ANNONCEUR = Advertiser
PRODUIT = Product
PROGRAMME PARRAINE = TV Show being sponsored - the name should be shortened (for example Programme = PGM / Divertissement = DIV / Top Chef La Brigade Cachée = TCBRIGADE / Recherche Appartement Ou Maison = RAOM / etc…)
POSITION = IN / INTER / OUT / BA = IN when the sponsorship airs before the program, etc...
MENTION LEGALES = if the sponsorship contains a Health Warning (Mandatory for Food, Cars & Betting) it must be mentioned in the ID like so: MSA (Cinq Fruits), MSB (Activité), MSC (Trop gras), MSD (Grignoter), MSQ (Covoiturage), etc...
DUREE = Duration followed by the letter S (for seconds)
Please note:
- There should be no spaces nor dashes in the Billboard ID.
- Each part of the ID must be separated by an underscore.
- The Billboard ID must be in all capital letters.
Please note: you should indicate this Billboard ID in the Pub ID field.
Also, there is a limit of 28 characters in the Pub ID field - you can shorten the various elements to make it fit, however all the elements must be present.
