A PUB ID is a unique code for TV Ads in France.
It is created by the ARPP which takes care of Clearance for TV Ads in France.
The format of the PUB ID is a follows...
FR = France
Agency = 4 character code for the Agency
Advertiser = 4 character code for the Advertiser
Product = 4 character code for the Product
Version = 4 digits for the version number
Duration = 3 digits for the duration in seconds
F = Fixed (alternatively it can be D for Dynamic)
Please note: Once an Ad has is to a broadcaster a Pub ID cannot be re-used for different content. If any changes are made and the Ad needs to be resupplied then a Pub ID is required.
