To ensure the correct files are used when uploading ads into Peach Connect the file name must match the ID.
This is the unique code for the ad. In the UK this is referred to as the Clock ID, in France the Pub ID, in Germany the Motif Number etc etc
If the file name does to match the upload will not start.
Depending on what is correct either the ad details in Peach Connect will need to be edited or the file will need to be renamed.
Please note 1: In the UK, the clock number contains slashes (ABC/DEFG001/030) which are not supported in Windows file naming conventions. As a result, we do not support file naming with slashes on Peach, so please ensure slashes are removed or replaced with dashes before uploading to our platform: ABCDEFG001030.mxf or ABC-DEFG001-030.mxf
Please note 2: Sometimes when copy pasting the name of the file, the container (.mxf) can be pasted as well and appear twice in the file name as a result: ABC-DEFG001-030.mxf.mxf
Please ensure the file extension only appears once in the file name.
