How to upload an ASC Clearance document (Peach Classic)

The ASC Clearance for Airing/Posting document is required by the broadcasters for all commercial ads in the Philippines before they process the ad for airing.

To upload an ASC Clearance For Airing/Posting document to an order version in Peach Classic, highlight the order version to see the 'more' link appear on the right side of the version.

Click on 'more' link of the version and on the pop-up window, go to the Clearance tab and enter the following ASC Clearance information:

• ASC Number - Reference Code in the ASC document
• ASC Expiry - Valid Until in the ASC document
• ASC Document - ASC Clearance file name and document attachment

Finally, press the Save button to upload the ASC document attached.

Note: To confirm if you have successfully attached the ASC Clearance document, click on 'more' link again and go back to the Clearance tab. 

*The Upload function for ASC Clearance document is only available on Peach Classic accounts but our product team is working towards making this function available on Peach shortly。
