Why haven't my deliveries started?

Ads will start delivering after the following 3 events have occurred...

• The Ad has been uploaded and passed QC
• Destinations have been selected
• Send is clicked and the campaign is confirmed

Ads can be uploaded before or after the campaign has been confirmed.

If the Ad is uploaded before the campaign is confirmed the deliveries will start as soon as the campaign is confirmed.

If the Ad is uploaded after the campaign is confirmed the deliveries will start as soon as the Ad has passed QC.
