Quality Control (QC) - Audio Loudness

Issue

The average loudness of the audio measured across the duration of the file is incorrect (either too high or too low).

Description

Unlike Peak measurement, the audio level is calculated over the duration of the ad. For example, the audio can begin loudly and end quietly (or visa versa), as long as the average level is within an accepted range over the length of the ad.

Please check the Peach Connect File Specifications required for the region and Ad type you are trying to upload.

Fix

The audio level of the file needs to be adjusted. An Audio Loudness Measure should be used to check the level and adjust if needed. It may also be possible adjust the level of the audio on export.
