Issue

The correct number of mute frames at the Start and/or End of the ad are not present.

Mute frames are required at the start and end of the Ad in the following regions.

UK/ROI - 6 Frames

Australia - 12 Frames

Japan - 15 Frames

Please check the Peach Connect File Specifications for full details.

This is a mandatory requirement by the broadcasters and content not adhering to this specification would be rejected by them.

Please note that not all UK sponsorship destinations require 6 frames of mute.

All audio should be removed from the First/Last 6/12/15 frames before re-exporting the file.

Our Peach Connect Export Guides can help you ensure your settings are correct when exporting files.

Any audio above -60dB will be detected by the QC and therefore fail.

Mute frames sit within the the video content, not before or after it.
