Issue

The file does not include a pre roll (Slate/Black/Hold).

Some regions such as UK require a slate prior to the start of the Ad when uploading the file into Peach Connect.

The slate will display information identifying the Ad such as a unique code and title, as well as technical information.

Please check the Peach Connect File Specifications for full details of the slate requirements needed.

Re-export the file with the correct pre roll.

UK pre roll = 10” (7" Slate + 3" Black)

If there is no slate the file is not the correct layout and duration.

This can cause the QC to give other false readings such as frame count.
