Quality Control (QC) - Picture Height/Width

Issue

The Height and/or Width of the file is incorrect.

Description

Height and Width is measured in pixels. HD files measure 1920x1080 pixels.

Digital files will vary in size depending on the aspect ratio.

Please check the Peach Connect File Specifications required for the region and Ad type you are trying to upload for full details on file frame sizes.

Fix

Re-export the file from your edit suite using the correct format parameters.

Note

If your export format is set to XDCAM or AVC Intra the frame size will automatically be 1920x1080.
