Quality Control (QC) - Format

Issue

The Format (Codec) is incorrect.

Description

There are a variety of formats available including DNx, AVI & DVCPro amongst others.

XDCAM, AVC, Pro Res & MP4 are currently accepted by Peach Connect.

Please check the Peach Connect File Specifications required for the region and Ad type you are trying to upload.

Fix

Re-export the file from your edit suite using the correct format parameters.

Our Peach Connect Export Guides can help you ensure your settings are correct when exporting files.

Note

If the format is incorrect you will often have multiple issues flagged in the QC. Using the correct format will often fix these.
