All files uploaded into Peach Connect go through a Quality Control (QC) process to ensure that they meet the required standards, are the correct quality and are ready to be broadcast, published or activated wherever they need to.
The Peach Connect QC process checks the following aspects of every file...
- File Spec
- Layout
- Video
- Audio
The file must match the specification for the account, region and ad type that have been selected.
All file specs are available here Peach Connect File Specifications.
If any element of the file fails the QC this will be highlighted in the QC report.
It's important to understand that the QC checks and displays the parameters of the file. If the file does not match the specification for the current account, region and ad type this will be highlighted.
The QC report does not suggest the correct parameter. You will need to refer to the Peach Connect File Specifications for this information.
PLEASE NOTE - The QC does not check the following...
- Content
- Text/Graphics Safe Area
- Dual Mono Audio
- Slate Information (only applicable in UK, Ireland, Japan, Brazil)
