In Belgium all commercials for drinks containing sugars and processed foods sent to RMB Channels
RTBFLaUne/LA1
RTBFLaDeux/LA2
RTBFLaTrois/LA3
(i.e. the majority of the food) have to contain following messages in the commercial :

- « Pour votre santé, pratiquez une activité physique régulière »
- « Pour votre santé, évitez de manger trop gras, trop sucré, trop salé »
- « Pour votre santé, évitez de grignoter entre les repas »
For commercials of 15 sec and longer : the 4 messages have to appear one after the other as a fixed text.
For commercials of less than 15sec, 2 versions of the commercial need to be made. Each version containing 2 of the 4 messages. The 2 versions will be alternately broadcasted during the length of the campaign.
The messages have to appear long enough to be read and understood. They don't need to be spoken. The position, font, size, colour and duration are to be the same as for other educational slogans for beer and alcohol commercials i.e.
- position : at the bottom of the image but shown as part of the image
- font : arial - italic
- colour : black or whit depending on the background colour
- size : minimum 5% in proportion to the total image
- duration : minimum of 5 seconds for commercials of more than 10 sec
These regulations apply to commercials for TV, Auvio-pre and mid rolls. They don't apply to sponsoring bill boards or radio commercials.
