How can I upload a mute file in Italy?

Normally, the automatic Quality Control of the files does not allow the upload of ads without audio.
However, in Italy it is possible to upload a mute video by following these instructions:

• Even if the video is mute, the file must still contain audio tracks.
• Once the order for uploading the mute spot has been created, send an email to support.it@peach.me or contact us via chat requesting that the QC settings be adjusted for a specific spot/code.
• After receiving confirmation from the Support Team, you can proceed with uploading the file, which will pass the QC despite the absence of audio.
