How can I select the correct Advertiser when using the library?

When adding ads from the library it's very important for the information in the new campaign to be the exact same as the original campaign. Advertisers can have duplicates or different names which affects how content stored in your library.

Very similar advertisers can exist on Peach Connect, and there can also be the same advertiser name stored in different regions. Each of them have their unique library and they are not interchangeable, so do make sure you select the correct one (same as the original campaign) in order for the ad you are looking for to appear in your library.

Please note:

• If there are duplicated advertisers (typo, missing space, etc), feel free to contact support.uk@peach.me to remove/merge them.
• Ads in the library are also classified by region and so the region as well needs to be the same as in the original campaign. More info on this in the article below:
