Why can't I find a destination?

If you cannot find a destination on Peach Connect you have listed in your media plan it could be one of several reasons.

The media plan template might be out of date and the channel in question might have rebranded or ceased broadcasting. A quick Google search should be able to confirm this for you.

The media plan might be abbreviating the channel name. For example, its not rare to see Comedy Central listed as Comcen or Discovery as Disco.

It could be a new broadcaster we have yet to connect with, in this case, please inform the Customer Success team who you look into and get this set up for you.
