When adding a contact to the collaborator list, the contact does not appear in the search
In this case, please contact us with the necessary information using the Chat Widget button in the lower right corner and request to Speak to Team
The required information is as follows
Company Name:
Name of contact person:
Email address:
Collaborator Role: "Approver", "Viewer", "Upload Approver", "Uploader", "Editor", or more than one.
Note: If you have created a user but have never logged in, your collaborator will not appear in the search results, so please log in and set a password.
