High Contrast in HD
The materials are broadcasted in Consorcio (RCN/CRCTV) under the Luma Key or Chroma Key mode, and will be encoded maintaining the same technical specifications of audio and video that Peach requires.
High Contrast Commercials
For high contrast commercials or banners, five seconds of full-screen background must always be included to the spot before and after it.
For the insertion of the background, only one of the eight colors included in the EBU 75% bars may be used, and it must remain stable in terms of luminance, chrominance, phase, pedestal, and jitter throughout the entire commercial.
High contrast may occupy a maximum of fifteen percent (15%) of the screen size, measured from its margins. In any case, two margins cannot be used simultaneously, even if their sum does not exceed fifteen percent (15%).
It should be noted that the credits and infographics included within the material must be displayed within the safety margin (80%) to avoid partial or non-existent readings at the time of broadcasting.
Frozen and Unfrozen Commercials
Frozen and unfrozen commercials must have a frame of the full-screen background chroma (100%) recorded and perfectly linked before the commercial for frozen ones, or after the commercial for unfrozen ones. The first frame must be free of audio.
The same specifications cited under "High Contrast" commercials apply.
