How to upload an ASC Clearance document on Peach Connect – Peach Connect Help

The ASC Clearance for Airing/Posting document is required by the broadcasters for all commercial ads in the Philippines before they process the ad for airing.

Here are the steps on how to upload an ASC Clearance document on the Peach Connect account:

Step 1. Create your campaign by pressing the + New Campaign button.

Step 2. After creating your campaign, create your ad version by pressing the + New ad button.

Ad data to enter:

Regions: Philippines
Ad Type: Choose the applicable broadcast file format. 16:9 TV ad (NTSC) is the ad type for the local free-to-air stations.
ID: Generate ID automatically is enabled for Philippine accounts
Title: Ad Title as specified in the ASC Clearance document
ASC no.: Reference Code in the ASC Clearance document
Duration: 60, 30, 15 seconds, etc.
Language: Choose the applicable language or dialect.
ASC Expiry Date: Valid Until in the ASC Clearance document
ASC Applicable: Choose Y for Yes

At the bottom of the New ad page, you can drag and drop the ASC Clearance document in PDF format or you can click the browse link and attach it from your computer.

Step 3. Press the Save button to save your ad.
