Upload Approval is a function that allows the production company or post-production company that uploaded the material to confirm the content of the work.
(e.g.: Uploader → Producer Confirmation)
Once the upload and Auto QC are complete, the following email will be sent to the person assigned as Upload Approver.
When you log in, you will see a list of ads for the relevant campaign
Click on a video thumbnail to view details, playback the video, check metadata, etc.
On the left side of the screen, you will see the metadata of the material. On the right side of the screen, you will see the MXF file of the ad and the credit slate.
Click on the credit tab to view the credit slate and metadata without having to stop the credit screen.
When you are satisfied that there are no problems, click "Approve" in the upper right corner
Click "Confirm" when prompted to approve the uploaded video file
Check the approval history to see if the content has been approved (Upload Approval)
If you need to review the material metadata or MXF file, click the "Reject" button.
Please indicate the reason for the return in the "Add Comment" field, and click "Return" button.
A notification will be sent to the person in charge of the upload.
