Can you send exchange copies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria?

It is possible to exchange or replace copies of TV spots to destinations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. 

In order to do so, simply create a new ad within your campaign and select the Ad-type of your spot. 

Since this is an exchange copy, you can enter the same motif number (DE), sujet-number (AT) or SUISA number (CH) as the previously uploaded spot. 

Please note: Make sure to tick the box which says 'Exchange Copy' or 'Austauschkopie' in German. 

We also recommend adding "_Exchangecopy" or "Austauschkopie" to the title of the spot and then you can select the duration of the spot.

You can then select the destinations and send the ad. 

Additionally, please contact the broadcaster you're sending the exchange copy to directly, to inform them of the new incoming delivery.
