Music Rights requirements in Poland

Music rights are a key aspect when sending content to Polish destinations. We strongly advise including this information, within the version created on your campaign.

You will see 'Add music rights' section at the very bottom of the Ad you are creating. 

Clicking on it will expand to display all the sections which can be filled

Once you are done, simply hit Save

Please note:

• TV stations have a set of characters that are not supported. Restricted characters that you cannot use in the Music Rights: ! # $ % ^ * { } [ ] : ; ‘ „ < > ? / | \  (the most common mistake is using " " in the title and the % and / characters in the Screen Play authors, e.g. Adam Nowak 50% / Jan Kowalski 30%.
• Stations also reject special characters from other alphabets than Polish, e.g. composer José Oswald Jambeiro da Costa de Andrade or the title Schogetten - Ein Genuß Stück für Stück.

Changing the music report data of a delivered file:

• If you want to change the data in the material delivered to the station, you can do it directly on the broadcasters' platforms:

• Log in and find the material. You can correct or add any field in the music report. Most often, clients ask to change the copyright date.
