How can I check for the exact duration (TimeCode) of a file before uploading it to Peach Connect?

In order to check the exact timecode duration of a file before uploading it to Peach Connect, you can use a free software called MediaInfo which you can download from here: MediaInfo from MediaArena

Once installed, follow the steps below to find the exact timecode duration of your file: 

• Open the File menu
• Open -> Open File(s)
• Select your file in the file browser
• Open
• Open the Debug menu
• Select Advanced mode
  • on a Mac: select Details then deselect Details and finally select Complete
• Scroll down to the Video section
• Within the Video section, find the Duration part
• The exact duration will be displayed on the last Duration line, in Timecode form

Please Note: MediaInfo displays a full timecode which includes the hours, minutes, seconds and frames. You can leave out the hour part as it is not relevant on Peach Connect

e.g. 00:03:22:06 becomes 03:22:06
