Audio Description by Peach France – Peach Connect Help

If you are looking to Audio Describe a French TV commercial, first send your master file in the regular French Peach Specs to support.fr@peach.me via Peach GO

Peach France and our AD partner will assess whether the file is fit to be audio described. If so, we will revert back with a script for approval.

Once approved, our AD partner will record the Audio Description within 24 to 48 hours.

In the meantime, you can create your campaign and versions on Peach using this step by step guide:

Once the AD recording is complete, our partner will upload the file directly to your campaign so it can be subtitled (optional) and sent to stations.

Please note 1: DO NOT upload the file to your campaign — it will be uploaded by our AD partner once it is ready and Audio Described.

Please note 2: you must select the option With Audio Description when creating your campaign and versions on Peach Connect — this will ensure the file is ready for our AD partner to upload and be quality checked properly, as well as making sure the correct destinations are selected before you press Send.
