Dateilayout
Mit Ausnahme von UK und Irland, dürfen Dateien nur den Spot selbst enthalten.
Pre- und Postroll wie Vorzähler, Farbbalken/Testton, etc. sind nicht notwendig.
UK und Irland
Dateien für UK und Ireland benötigen 7 Sekunden Vorzähler (Clock/Slate), gefolgt von 3 Sekunden Schwarzbild vor dem Spot. Der Vorzähler muss als minimum folgende Informationen enthalten:
Werbekunde, Clock Number, Titel, Länge
Videolevel
Videolevel müssen den ITU BT.709 und EBU R103-2000 Richtlinien entsprechen::
Luma = Level 16-235 (nicht RGB 0-255 level), dies entspricht 0% - 100% oder 0mV - 700mV.
Chroma = Level 16-240, dies entspricht maximal 100% RGB.
Alle Dateien müssen durchgängig interlaced (Upper und First Field Dominant) sein und dürfen keine Encoding-Artefakte, Dropouts, Glitches, Blocking oder übermäßiges Aliasing enthalten. Dateien müssen durchgängig sendefähig sein.
Audiolevel
Falls nicht anders angegeben, darf der True Peak -1dBTP nicht überschreiten. Dies gilt für Loudness (-23LUFS/-24LKFS) und Peak (-10dBFS) Mischungen.
Der Ton darf nicht verzerrt sein, muss frei von übermäßigem Zischen und durchgängig
lippensynchron und in Phase mit dem Video sein.
Safe-Area
Text darf keine Tippfehler oder grammatischen Fehler enthalten, und muss sich innerhalb der in Richtlinie EBU R95-2017 enthaltenen Bereichen befinden.
